Pros

It is a renowned multinational, the salary is ok for the level that you're hired at compared to the market. The healthcare and pension plans provided are very good above the market average.

Cons

The hybrid model is slowly becoming an onsite job. They don't provide any device, so if you want to work from home you need to use your own devices. Slow career promotion and the bonus is 1%.

Pros

Citibank has a decent benefits package. 401k and vacation time off are good. However, because of short of staff in almost every branch, you never get vacation time off approved.

Cons

Citi does not provide a good training to their new hires. You have to learn and figure out everything on your own. Managers do not provide career guidance. My manager never approves my vacation time off and very much micromanages every minute of my life at work. The technology is very behind and systems are slow.

The pay was good and the campus is beautiful.

Cons

I’m about to file a lawsuit so there’s that.
