- I am into business analysis domain This area is lobby of old senior managers which are really nontechnical - they treat people as puppets - they can go to any limit to humiliate employee, make them feel worthless, transfer them to other department, raise different kinds allegation on a targeted person - they are highly biased, they only give chances to their favourites friends for promotable work and on sites - they go so personal to destroy your career - I made a huge mistake joining the business unit I am not able to believe how CEO no idea how bad practices manifest at the CSC tech centre’s

good location, good canteen, nice coffee worth for the 2euros each time. flexible WHF

Cons

bad management, unfortunately, I have experienced the worst managers twice for the same team, one lousy manager left and then was replaced with one even worse. it could be a better career experience if some decent manager is taking the position. bad management will only show and lead the bad example to the team, and the toxic ball is rolling.

Management doesn’t care about you, even when you are getting yelled at by a client. Management will take their side just because of how much money they have If you leave employment for any reason, they will close every cc you have with them even if you got them prior to employment
