Pros
Good salaries, company benefits and company in general on their vision and priority. I’m general Citi has bring up the standards towards their employees.
Cons
Working on holidays that was not being told. Way too much overtime and over work. Kept employing more managers or senior managers who doesn’t know the processes within Asset Servicing. Having to train senior managers / Managers on the process and obtaining systems!!! Doesn’t have the top quality and speed for system applications to dealt with such high values high volume events. There’s always a barrier within management and processors. Management doesn’t treat you well and lack of communications within the team which leads to too much losses.
