competitive time off scheduling, some managers will outright ignore employee needs, you will be “up skilled” aka traded around to different projects without a corresponding pay raise, there’s no breaks from the phones, seriously it’s very hard to get into a non customer facing role once you’re in customer service. PTO may be given up front, but they also require you to stay a full year basically if you take any, otherwise they’ll ask you to pay back what you used but didn’t “accrue” even though it was all given up front

I would say to keep moving around, don't keep yourself stuck in one position based on opinions of others. Take charge of your career & life, sometimes we depend too much on others opinions on where your career should be heading & not enough on your own thoughts/convictions & always listen to yourself & your gut first. Business will always put itself before you & you should always put your goals & yourself first.
