Pros

Great multicultural environment, friendly colleagues, global projects, network groups

Cons

Poor salary. Sites are getting closed due to cost saving and forcing people to leave or join teams they never wanted to. Some managers are over-stretching their directs, some so autocratic that they fire the servant leaders creating a culture of fear

Pros

Excellent co-workers, my mangers were very understanding

Cons

Quite demoralising work, fairly average pay but not what I had applied for. Was reassured during recruitment process it would not be transactional, but thats all it was. Very long hours, equating to less than min wage. Not quite sure why anyone stays, labour turnover close to 30%, other teams higher. The jobs are just beyond what they are currently able to automate. Pay rises are minimal, promotions are total BS, given a worthless title and way more work - think 30 AVP’s on one floor, laughable really.
