This is great feedback - we are so excited to hear that you have developed such a great relationship with your manager. At Citi, you can have multiple careers without ever leaving the company. We have opportunities available across different teams, business functions and geographic regions. If and when you're ready to take the next step in your career, we recommend you having an open discussion with your manager and explore all the opportunities available at Citi.

Pros

Citi has is such a large, global company that the possibilities are endless when it comes to advancing your career. There are many different ways to learn about each specific area of the business and this prepares you for your next role or even your next company. Compensation package is generally strong but just know that pay grades can vary widely, so make sure you ask about the low, mid and high points of salary ranges.

Cons

Again, Citi is large, so if you are working in a project management or relationship manager role that has a global or even regional impact, moving the needle on success can be difficult. Atmosphere can still be very political and traditional in some lines of business.
