I worked in TTS Tech In my 2 years I didn’t see many people doing real tech work. Most things are outsourced Most people are doing admin Developers don’t develop in most cases. The entire company works on chaos and panic Funding for hiring and tooling non-existent Zero travel, never got to meet my team in 2 years Brutal regime of risk and control which seems to run the company, it’s certainly not interesting work either

HR offer appalling support and in the pockets of their masters Onboarding non-existent, be lucky to get any help Favouritism is rife, particularly the head of TTS Tech Senior Leader air miles points collection is awesome I hear Toxic regime of risk management most leaders oblivious to what’s going on Bonus process a myth

No work life balance, at all. Senior leaders are out of touch thinking employees revolve their lives around work. Overtime is ridiculous. ESPECIALLY the CFOs. Unrealistic deadlines and requests. We don't get paid as much as you but you're here making us work like mineworkers. Management needs a major overhaul. Very unorganized and do not provide support or appreciation unless they are called out for it.
