Pros

Premier name. Good pay. Good benefits.

Cons

Municipal employee mentality where cross-team effectiveness is minimal. Laughable management more concerned with pet employees rather than the benefit of the company. Management that finds it funny when someone works 4am-6pm to get a job done because the tools and training are negligable.

Pros

Great team, great staff, and close people I trusted.

Cons

Higher management doesn’t know what they are doing. Was treated like I was some out cast so bonuses could be paid to executives. I worked day and night and loved this company. I did everything. They have zero respect for employees. You are a number.

Pros

if you're into politics and admin work, there's a lot of it for you to get into. Classic corporate ladder even for a tech worker. Hybrid WFH arrangements

Cons

Bad place to be if you're a half decent developer. Lack of tech culture. Being a software engineer here feels more like you're going through admin paperwork than developing software. Lots of managers, not enough leaders. Toxic management, especially at a lower level. Low bar for developers, meaning you'll have to do your own work on top of cleaning up after others.
