Cons
- Unstable, company is restructuring and laying off staff - No company wide D&D, no free snacks - Incompetent boss and making tasks difficult. Manager does not understand the work, ignorance, anyhow do and survive long here (at least to my knowledge, some department VPs giving incorrect information, good at speaking and pushing things away) - People expect you reply email instantly. - Politic and toxic environment, feel drained managing these relationship. Focus too much on this rather than the actual problems. - Roll out new requirement without consulting local business. - Favor certain race (imbalance) - Don’t expect much on increment and bonus
