Pros

Large multinational company with diversified staff and huge number of open roles.

Cons

Too much bureaucratic as any company of that scale. Reasonable ideas could be killed by low/mid level management.

Pros

relatively high starting salary - can not really add anything else here

Cons

No raise, does not matter how your team is performing No home office, even though it was globally advertised as the ultimate solution for unused office space No benefits, even the team socializing events are paid by the employee Stone age equipment even in the modern office buildings - old, used hardware and user unfiendly tools. massive clickporn just to get something submitted, really frustrating
