Pros

Growth opportunities, constant challenges, great learning environment, great place to develop your carrier if you go smart about it. In short, a decent company and a good workplace.

Cons

Compensation is below that of the market. Business processes are too bureaucratic at times. Office space furnishing and equipment is often dated.

Pros

Vacation is good, 17 days a year for new analysts. Discounts standard like all the other companies, free accounts etc.

Cons

Risk doesn't have a linear progression, so seeing where you can be in the future can be difficult to gauge.
