Pros

As Citi is a Global organization there is lot of exposure. You get to interact with lot of people at various levels in the organization. After 1 year, you can move to a different position internally. My immediate managers were pretty nice, learned a lot from them.

Cons

As Citi's Consumer Banking is not growing in US, career growth in Consumer Banking is limited. The culture is less analytical as compared to its peers. Also, there are lot of inefficiencies, you do the same work again and again. Lot of Bureaucracy and Hierarchy is there, its tough to get approval of strategies from the management. Also, Promotions are very tough
