Thank you for sharing your feedback. We're sorry to learn of your experience with us and want to assure you that Co-op takes violent crime against retail workers seriously. We successfully campaigned to change the law in this area, making it a stand-alone offence. We continue to invest in resources for our store colleagues including innovative technology and security. Where incidents do occur, we encourage our teams to report this to the police and on My Safety. Doing this allows us to allocate the resources and support where it is needed most.
