Thank you for your review and feedback. We're really pleased to see that you appreciated the great colleague member discount of 30%, working hours that were flexible to fit around you and of course helping customers in your local community. Our stores have a well-defined management structure. Each store is led by a Store Manager, who oversees everything. They get support from Operations Managers, who look after several stores. In addition, we have Customer Team Leaders, like yourself. You'll know first-hand how important this role is. As a key holder, our Team Leaders help keep things running smoothly and take ownership of the store while on shift, whether the manager is there or not. Our team leaders are there to support Customer Team Members, making sure they can give our customers the best experience.

Pros

Relatively low stress, enjoyable job

Cons

QCOM platforms make it so much harder. More work without seeing any extra hourse (or not enough) for it.

Thank you for your 5 star rating and for your review and feedback. With our home delivery partners, your allocation of hours is based on the items picked in the store. It is the responsibility of the manager and/or team leader to plan how these hours are used when the store is busy with online orders. If this planning is not done effectively, colleagues may feel the strain. Prioritisation needs to be carried out on a store-by-store basis, planning other tasks around busier periods. Should you need any support with understanding the allocation of hours or anything to do with Q-Commerce, please reach out to your local online performance lead. If you’re not sure who this is, you can find out more details on How Do I or speak with your operations manager.
