Regarding changes to management or departments, as we are currently still in our Rebuild stage these have happened over the past couple of years but if you have concerns please do speak to your manager who will be able to explain the reasons behind changes. ^Catherine

Pros

Good holiday allowance, not too busy or high pressure. Colleagues at the same level are great to work with. Lots of other areas of the company to move to.

Cons

Low salary and disorganised management. They hire internally for new positions to save money but end up with people doing jobs they have no experience in.m, and it shows. Incentives schemes for bonuses are full of loopholes so we lose out
