Not pay for overtime or taking time back, hard to achieve target and less benefits

Pros

Fantastic people, culture and benefits. Very supportive organisation. I would definitely return there. If you want to progress they give you opportunities to do so.

Cons

Some of the people have been there so long that they are set in their ways and are resistant to change. It can sometimes be a bit of a struggle to get them to see things differently

When starting with coop i was not advised of the fact that you only get 2wks wage in the first month
