Pros

Always busy, team is close knit and friendly, good pay, found it easy to request holidays and 9 times out of 10 they'd be approved,

Cons

Management was poor some, I got talked down to a lot and almost bullied by senior members of staff, didn't always get recognition for the work I did, expected to stay way after your shift finishes to finish a task even if there's enough staff to handle it without you. Got a bit repetitive after a year of working there, left soon after. Not much chance for progression/further training unless someone suddenly quits and they needed a replacement.

Thank you for your feedback and comment. I'm sorry to hear you had a poor time with management. I hope you raised your concerns with your area manager of HR at the time as we have a zero toluene policy for bullying of any kind in the work place. ^Catherine

Pros

Most people are really nice to work with. The company has people values as well as making profit.

Cons

For me closure of a sector in the Work place. Some times it's a case of if your face fits. And that's not how it should be.

Challenging, Hard work, Lots of expectation.

Plenty of recognition when proforming well, Lots of opportunity to grow. Chance to use your own ideas with support from the team.

Cons

Challenging work. Lots of expectation to deliver and go above and beyond. Long hours outside if salary. new company growth means co-op are still learning new ways of working which rivels have been doing for many years.
