Pros

Learn and prove that I am a hard worked and prove that i can work in a team colleague environment.

Cons

I don't think that the are any down sides in working in a Co op company, you need to learn and adapt your self to the companies rules and sketches.

Pros

Company Ethos, Drive to Contribute to Communities, Understanding of Work Life balance, Helpful and motivated people (mostly). Would recommend to anyone who can get on with all sorts of different people.

Cons

Lots of Man Utd supporters! Different divisions are organised in silos so there are often competing and opposite viewpoints, so anything across more than one division is harder to organise than it should be. This is a well known situation.

Pros

Good working environment, close relationships to the mangement who seem to be keen to help lower staff. Training provided and possibility of management training.

Cons

Very very basic pay, bottom end jobs pay not far off minimum wage, and then expected to be very flexible with hours and coming in at short notice as there is small numbers of staff
