Benefits such as staff discount Ethically and Morally brilliant Part of a team, well managed, rewarding `Wage is above the national minimum wage

Cons

There are no real cons, depending on the store itself, and the customers that you get in the store. The technology can be slow and sometimes you are up against it due to cutbacks in hours

Due to the amount of good services we offer work can be pretty hectic.

-Good management in my store. -Rota's are readily available two weeks in advance.

Cons

-Training wasn't the same across the board for all staff members.

Regarding training colleagues, I hope that you have atteneded the Back to Being Co-op workshops that all colleagues have been attending.
