Great colleagues, great manager...get to build relationships with locals.

Cons

Can be boring at times- the job is repetitive and my store is small and in a village so not very busy.

Decent pay rate and working colleagues

Cons

Bullying, lying, unable to follow own procedures, like to sing their own praises - are just some of the phrases I would apply to all levels of management. They all live in never-never land and have no idea of what it's like on the shop floor.
