People and benefits , office has a great feel, values , work life balance is good and use of hot desking in HQ

Cons

Constantly changing structures , silos operate across group even in same departments, training , VDE computers are painfully slow .

Pros

Decent pay (at management level), decent work hours (I've only had to work late hours/ weekends or evenings occasionally). Semi decent canteen, and nice city centre location. Really nice staff, easy to get on with.

Cons

Everything else is rubbish. If you're looking for a relaxed life, with no clear objectives, no leadership, no ownership, high inertia, old archaic systems and technology, siloed teams, lack of communication, lofty goals but lack of talent ans resources- then this is the right place for you. But if you want to do something more meaningful with your life- give this a miss. The CEO is the most uninspiring one I've ever seen/ worked with.

The amount of metrics you get measured on and the turnover of staff is just horrendous at the moment. moral is at an all time low.
