Pros

Relaxed and friendly environment. Amount of training needed is minimal and since the branch I worked in was small, the tea was fairy friendly and close-knit.

Cons

Management was a bit up and down - we went through something like 6 different managers in 6 months. That meant that my hours changed and shifts became less organised

Pros

Great management, they treat you like a person not just an employee. All of the other members of Taff are really friendly. Management are open and honest about what's going on in the store.

Cons

The only con I can think of would be the early start but nothing can be done about that it's all just part of the job

Pros

Management were lovely, always tried to cater to your requirements, kept morale up in store and encouraged staff to work hard without being mean.

Cons

The pay wasn't great but working bank holidays did pay extra which was good. Breaks were minimal, 15 minutes for a 6 hour shift.
