Pros

Good pay. Some good benefits. Decent incentives and training sessions being brought in. Good discount and member offers across the whole co operative company.

Cons

The company is more concerned with keeping customers happy in circumstances where they are in the wrong and turning their back on employees who work 40 plus hours a week who were protecting the company in the first place.
