      Pros

      Friendly warm atmosphere good ethics. Family friendly, good offers, convieniant local stores , membership , great possibilities to be able to progress and possibly rum your own store.

      Cons

      Poor pay, stopped the bonuses apart from managers still get there's, money means more then the employees, need to focus more o v there staff

      Pros

      Good Work environment and accommodating colleagues. Across the board raise scheduled for the end of 2015, all salaries will be increased by 10%.

      Cons

      Monotonous work/repetitive. The advancement opportunities are poor also. I know team leaders and above me in position as they may be they only account for an increase of one rung on the corporate ladder, these are people who have 10+ years experience in the chain and maintain a role in the store and still pack shelves for around the same pay as a new start like me.
