Overworked, underpaid and confused

city centre location when i worked here with no salary issues such as late or missing payments and they are a large financial group with various projects and things such as taste and tell vouchers./

Cons

Low pay for the work of 2 people basically, never happy and expect more from you than you can possibly give, constant changes which do not allow you to gain any competent way of working and ridiculous ideas implemented without listening to the staff. Ridiculous work life balance.

I have met some of my best friends while working for this company, on top of that I have picked up an impressive career into the world of retail in just 4 years and already looking on set to become a manager.

Cons

The shifts aren't always amazing but it's nothing you cant deal with.

great customers and great staff (mostly) enjoy the variety of jobs i do and can be very interesting at times to learn different things.

Cons

new changes that dont make working for the cooperative as good as it was. more demanding on staff as when staff leave are not replaced but the same amount of work to be done. managment constantly on your backs to get things done when they dont even help out
