Pros

Very healthy colleague dynamic, everyone helps and supports each other Benefits and support are brilliant

Cons

Long days, expected overtime to complete tasks Stressful workload, often too many cases assigned to one person causes issues Minimal support for a work-life balance, most staff will take their work home with them or be consistently working on down-time or annual leave. Management has minimal involvement, and are often unapproachable

Thank you for your review and feedback. We're so pleased to see that you feel you have a great team to support you and that you are happy with your benefits. Please do speak up about concerns over your workload. No colleague should be taking work home or working during holidays. Pros

Not many :( seems good at the start until the bullying begins

Cons

When I first started for the 1st couple of days I was made to feel welcomed by the team however this didn't last I was contracted to 16hrs but regularly made to work 6 days of 2-10s in a row No regard for my safety when I mentioned I rely on lifts and my lift has to work away for 3 months so I can't work late Instantly made to feel guilty and almost made out like I was lying! As soon as they found out my lift was back the weekend what was meant to be a 6pm finish turned into a 10pm as no one else wants to do them! I also found out my manager had been making up lies about me behind my back and turning my colleagues against me This meant many shifts I'd be ignored by colleagues and given the cold shoulder due to the snarking going on behind my back! I left I shouldn't be bullied or not taken seriously by a manager ever
