Pay is acceptable, but be aware… high pay for the wrong reasons! Pay high to make up for the shortcomings in how you are valued!

Cons

No progression Management are all cliquey with one another and will make your life difficult if you upset one. Penalise the hard working No clear leadership and team leaders aren’t leading by example. Culture of do as I say rather than as I do.

10% discount on your member card and 20% off during pay days.

Cons

If you want no life and unreasonable work days then coop is for you. Most days working 1 on 1, deliveries can be overwhelming and you’ll have to complete that on your own, as well as dealing with customers, deliveroos, scanning in any Amazon deliveries and all your legal checks. I go leaving work feeling deflated everyday and the minimum wage doesn’t make up for it.
