team flexibility understanding equals training

Cons

over time and weekend pay is flat rate for part time staff. i understand overtime mon-fri being basic pay but working a Saturday for a flat rate is not worth it and unfair on part time staff being paid less. most part time staff are parents and this is time away from our children for less pay than others.

I have had a really positive experience working for Co-op Funeralcare. The team I work with are supportive and genuinely care for both families and each other. The company provides good training and ongoing support, which helps to build confidence, especially for those new to the business. Management are approachable and understanding.

Cons

Can be busy and pressured at times. Emotionally demanding role at peak times.
