Pharmacy dispenser
Pros
Great career progression from working on the shop floor to working as a dispenser, enrolled onto the course almost straight away. Pay was 7.33 once completed the course. could get discount at other cooperative groups when they were still part of cooperative group and not part of bestway. Could get extra hours which was great, would work over 40 hours but only because everyone else there did not want to work extra hours. My other colleagues were usually nice. Pharmacist was very good at running the store.
Cons
Customers could be rude, ordering prescriptions was very confusing towards the end of me working there. Regional manager was almost uncontactable, it could be very hard to employ new members of staff so we were horribly understaffed at times.
