Going home and rest days Close to home easy to get to

Fail to listen to people on the frontline (drivers) So much emphasis on kpi, that all communications and good atmosphere has disappeared from workplace. Feel totally Un appreciated by the whole company who claim to be listening but never do anything to improve conditions Been there 9 years and been offered no career development for promotion Unfriendly work rotas ruining family life.

Management very poor , promotions completed on a face fits basis with people that achieve nothing getting the big jobs. A very good company to work for if you can talk yourself up...if you are just a hard worker then forget any opportunites
