We also hear your point about the store feeling understaffed. It can be difficult when the pace is busy and it feels like you are juggling several tasks at once. If this has not been raised already, it is worth speaking directly with your Store Manager or a Team Leader. They can review the store’s current establishment, look at patterns and workload, and escalate concerns where needed so the right support can be put in place. Thank you again for your feedback.
