We also appreciate your honesty about the role feeling repetitive and lacking progression. Retail roles can sometimes become routine, and your feedback helps highlight where we can do better. We’re actively working to make day‑to‑day tasks more engaging, for example, by offering colleagues more variety across different areas of the store, introducing short micro‑learning opportunities to broaden skills, and improving scheduling tools so people have more control over their working patterns. For those who want to develop further, we’re also creating clearer pathways through shadowing and “step‑up” opportunities.
