Getting to know the local community and their shopping habits

Cons

Frustrated at not getting stock out as serving on the checkout at the same time. Tasks then take much longer to achieve. Lone working during tea-time rush when colleague on break.

We would always advise that customers are prioritised during these times, however we recommend talking to your manager to discuss your concerns. These conversations could involve discussing more efficient ways of working or amending the times of any scheduled breaks to ease the pressure you may be feeling.
