1yThank you for your review and feedback. We're pleased to see that you're happy with your 30% Colleague Member Discount, it's a great perk, and much more than any of our competitors provide.
We've successfully campaigned to change the law, making violent crime against retail workers a stand alone offence. We continue to invest in technology and resources to support the safety of our colleagues in store and the single most important thing our store teams can do is to report any incidents of crime. Doing this helps us to provide resources where it is needed and helps to bring those accountable to justice.
