Cons

The whole experience was negative, they seem to bully employees so team leaders/managers gain the upperhand, due to their lack of pension knowledge. High labour turn over Low salary increase They time breaks and toilet breaks

friendly team, supportive managers, healthy working environment, hybrid working, personal & professional development incentives. honestly the best team and company I have worked for in a while!

Cons

there can be a lot of small processes that can become tedious but guess that happens in every company.
