Pros

A positive company culture that has many opportunities for development. A good, competitive pay for staff and good benefits too.

Cons

Sometimes staff can be promoted prematurely due to the companies positive nature when it comes to development

Pros

Excellent progression pathways within the company, and great pay if you're willing to put the work in.

Cons

Really hard graft with minimal staff. The store colleague hours are always the first thing to go when cuts are needed, yet standards are always expected to remain, therefore it falls on salaried colleagues to put the hours in.

Thank you for your review and feedback. Stores have set operational hours and these are set dependant on a number of factors which balance operational needs versus commercial factors. No colleague should be working more than their contracted hours in order to meet standards and we advise store managers to discuss concerns with their operations manager. We're pleased that you recognise that there are progression routes within the organisation. We'd like to add that there are many opportunities to progress and not just in our stores. We have a varied and diverse business with opportunities in logistics, funeralcare, legal services, insurance and many more business areas including support centre and field based roles.
