Was my first proper job so everything was new to me but I was warmly welcomed by everyone and made sure I was trained properly and understood the role

Can be quite fast paced and busy at times especially if there's less staff

Thank you for your review and feedback. It's great to see that you're an advocate for the work that we do in local communities. Our Customer Team Leaders provide amazing support to our store managers and their teams of Customer Team Members. For the last three years our front line store workers have been awarded pay increases above inflation levels and competitive pay is an important part of how we value our colleagues. We regularly review our reward structure to ensure it reflects the responsibilities of the role, including benefits that go beyond your hourly rate of pay.
