      Money’s not bad good perks

      Two many managers with their own agenda. Hours are to long. Teams and different departments don’t work together. Most mangers have no people skills and no one has any respect for them

      possibility to change different departments and move to different countries in the company, as a beginner you could get a training and later is all about nepotism

      Cons

      constant changes of company vision, not having clear responsibility, lack of clear communication from senior management, blame culture, a lot of nepotism on all levels, overtimes not paid, woman not treated equally, adjusting performance results for presentation as needed
