      I worked with some great people.

      Cons

      Women are disparaged and put down; rarely promoted to positions of leadership even though there is a “Women in STEM” initiative. Bonuses and titles cut after the UTC merger. Leadership is non existent unless you consider humiliation a motivation for performance. With the current aerospace environment there are many other companies to look at who will value you as an individual. Collins has grown too big to recognize individuals.

      Poor management that is saved by engineering

      Flexible hours, and good pay

      Cons

      Overtime is expected even when not necessary to meet deadlines. Majority of older employees have been with the company 20+ years and can be difficult to work with at times. Engineering pays the price for promises and mistakes made by management.

      401K is about it. That's about it folks!!!

      There are more than 1 bad apple in this company. Ego's fly higher than an Eagle. Nothing is done about workers who try and undermine your work. Bunch of dead fish in a bowl.
