      Pros

      Interesting work, high tech projects, good hard working peers, love my team.

      Cons

      Going the wrong direction. Top heavy, bureacratic leadership. Will make work miserable to encourage quitting. Not as flexible as it should be. No longer the "Best Place to Work". 25 plus years, most of it in engineering, lowest point in my experience due to hard nosed MBA types that seem to think we have to be in a company owned box to do the work.

      Pros

      Lots of goo people and talent. Tribal knowledge is amazing and because of the maturity of most of its employees, there is nothing they have not seen. Camaraderie, jovial environment and a sense of brotherhood permeates the shop floor.

      Cons

      The latest managers that have been brought in the past couple of years lack the knowledge and experience to discern whats best for the company. With their i know it all attitude and deaf ears to anything their teams have to say, the're bringing the place down one paper cut at a time.
