Thanks for taking time to give your considered opinion of the great - and not so great - parts of your experience. I completely share your views that our people, culture and projects are great. Enabling our people to be the best versions of themselves and to give them opportunities to learn and travel is one of the things I love about Tigerspike. And our keeping and maintaining our culture is absolutely key. Thanks for your feedback on your experience of internal tooling and processes. I can’t comment on the detail here (you definitely don’t want to let me anywhere near a CI chain!) but your comments have prompted me to check in with our senior tech team to understand what issues are being hit and what can be improved. Finally, whilst we do have specific job descriptions for roles at different levels, I’ll take on your feedback that it wasn’t clear or transparent to you about what you needed to do to move between these. There’s certainly nothing to hide here so we’ll take a look at if there’s anything we can do in the future to make it clearer for others. Once again, thanks for your comments on your experience.
