      Pros

      team support is good, work culture is quite ok overall, hopefully they will extend WFh so that is a plus point.

      Cons

      Salary and increment are not good, policies are not clear about the same. No specific discussion with your manager unless you asked for it though your manager will ask you to fill the form saying the discussion did happened. Same with KRA- manager will give same KRA to everyone to copy paste at the start of year. And HR people are dumb and not useful at all like everywhere. No overtime, no compensation for working on holidays etc. and worst thing is the medical insurance which is quite low -1.5-2 lacs for a family is nothing in todays time.

      Passable for an associate job

      Pros

      Good for getting initial industry experience, good culture below senior management

      Cons

      Shocking pay, poor management, particularly opaque with pretty much every decision made above your immediate manager's role. Projects in general were very stressful.

We invest heavily in bringing Associate Engineers through the business with plenty of learning and training opportunities and fast progression to a Mid Level and beyond! Many of our Engineers have been promoted two or three times in their tenure so far, something we're really proud to work with them on.
