Business Outlook

Pros

If you are fresher, then just go for it. They offer good salary with decent work environment to work in. Good place to start and gain experience. Amount of Leaves given was appropriate.

Cons

Work hygiene- in my case, we used to get no breaks when the call flow was high. A person logging in at 11:30 AM asked to go on break by 12:30 PM otherwise no break till 5:00 PM. (most hated thing) Low growth opportunities and salary potential. For promotion, you have to work at least 18 months in the current role only then you would be eligible. Once eligible, you can just apply and there would be no response from the department. It's totally useless, unless you have some contacts within the organization.
