Pros

Very accessible in the downtown area, maintenance employees always cleaning production area

Cons

One account(33rie) doesn't plot breaks/lunches and agents need to ask for their turn, that should not be the case, breaks are mandatory and agents should not to have at least one per shift. Another account(Hndy) has a manager that watches Fb reels or sleeps(and snores) throughout his shift and does his job like coaching 1-2 hours before end of his shift

Pros

Cold, conducive office Good tools With sleeping quarters

Cons

Management was too anti-employee. In my time, because our account wasn’t meeting the quota, some of us were sent to go home without pay for the remaining hours of the shift at 2/3 am unless we get high CSAT scores. But how is that going to be possible when they don’t let them take calls to compensate for their DSATs because they’re forced to go home?
