I see no pros except the office since it is the client's location which is Google

Cons

Less salary in comparison to the offered package Unnecessary attitude from compliance team as they are some superior people which is disgusting 8.5 working hours excluding breaks which is humiliating No Work from home options Unnecessary meetings which I felt kind of time waste
