Limited Advancement Opportunities: The path from Team Lead to Senior Team Lead and Operations Manager positions is highly restricted. Lack of Career Progression Transparency: There is a notable absence of clear timelines for career progression within the organization from TL to Sr. TL and from Sr. TL to OM roles. Unclear Annual Increment Process: The annual increment process lacks transparency and is not tied to individual performance ratings. Overworked Team Leads: Team Leads are burdened with additional responsibilities, including managing engagement activities, contributing to their overall burnout. Continuous Work Pressure: Managers frequently reach out via WhatsApp for work-related matters, which can disrupt work-life balance. The presence of a group for managers, including Associate Directors, can lead to excessive demands on Team Leads. 5 RM EPF employer contribution for foreigners High Agent-to-TL Ratio: Each Team Lead is responsible for managing over 25 agents, which can be physically and mentally taxing. A more manageable ratio, such as 15 agents per Team Lead, could enhance efficiency and employee well-being.

I don’t have any positive things to say.

Cons

There is no safe space policy in concentrix at all. I had a very bad experience where another agent shouting me and walking towards me to threat. I shared this with People Solutions. They did not do anything. They don't even have basic policies for such things. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
