They provide training for a month. One of the trainers were nice, the other had over expectation for such a bad pay.

Pros

An international team full of cool and nice people. The best team I've ever worked with.

Cons

Inconsistent salaries amongst the same positions with no explanation or logic. Suspiciously only male overheads have the higher salaries. Always an excuse not to pay bonus or give a raise. I had the same salary for 4 years and had to fight to keep the same benefits I had in the beginning. They reward hard work with more work. Ended up doing thrice as much for a small bonus and a lot more stress.
