Worst company I ever worked for. I dont have time to state all the bad things that happens there in general or to me personally. Even for a BPO this is a really terrible place to work at. The management is incapable and incompetent, the HR is evil and unfair, and the whole work culture is just toxic. There are so many things wrong, I dont even know where to start. I saw things there that are even against the Malaysian law. The Government should start a investigation in my honest opinion. And for you people from Europe, Japan, Korea or generally the devloped world who consider working there: Please dont! The salary, benefits and healthcare they offer are very bad. The salary is not even minimum wage considered where I am from, even they require at least a bachelor degree for most positions. School dropouts working at Starbucks in my home country earn more and have a better health insurance than i do with this company. Overall this is the worst work experience i had in my whole life. Training was abysmal, short and convoluted. When training was over, support was minimal, if not nil. You are constantly moved around from project to project on an "as needed" basis, so don't get comfortable. Most managers can't give you the time of day because they are outnumbered 100:1 and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The gaslighting managers are absolutely infuriating, and we're supposed to just obey.
