Pros

Nice management and trainers, also coworkers are friendly.

Cons

So eager about hiring individuals they delay all screening processes until after you are employed. I worked for three weeks and was suddenly let go due to them saying my background check disqualified me from the position. I discussed my record with both the staffing agencies and the hiring manager Justin and was assured everything would be fine. My trainer even went to the office with me to advocate how I was the best in her class and am perfect for a career at concentrix. Unfortunately HR claimed their "hands were tied."

Pros

Better pay than some smaller companies, benefits for full timers, allowed bench time for improving skills and becoming more versatile.

Cons

I felt for the first time my gender actually held me back. Males with master degrees and no real world experience making about the same as myself, with opportunity to get more once they finished getting certifications. Yet still no real world experience. Found out some males were making $20 more an hour compared to their highly experienced female leads. Product Managers trying to exclude me from meetings that a developer on the project should be apart of, there was only one developer on the team. I would only recommend this company if you are male.

Pros

The pay was decent if you don't have bills to pay, it's a good out of high school job

Cons

Low communication between anyone and everyone, system problems are always your fault, your blamed for being in conversations for to long when your waiting for another staff member to do there job, the training is rushed and they keep changing how your supposed to do everything and they expect you to know everything they change when they don't tell you that they changed something, they are not flexible with scheduling, it is very hard to get time off when you want or need it, they change your schedule at the end and beginning of the month without warning and they do not tell you so you have to have nothing other then your job in your life, if your sick be prepared to work through it all because you will need you pto for when you get system problems otherwise you won't get paid, you are rush to do your job very fast but they expect you to be perfect all the time, you have to have multiple chats systems with other staff in it to get help but you'll have to wait at least 10 minutes before you get a answer and because some staff member caused trouble everyone was forced to use another chat system for closing accounts, customers treat you how ever they see fit and you are forced to take the abuse and you can't say anything about it or you'll get nowhere or in trouble for saying something about it.
