"you really should be living in a much higher-end Apartment complex while we pay you minimum wage." is the sort of response you can expect. 6. You will feel very isolated, You cannot communicate one on one with another employee. You can only communicate through group chat which is heavily monitored, well of course it is!!!!! 7. You cannot disconnect the call when a customer abuses you, in any disgusting fashion. You can pass the call onto someone else though, how fortunate for the person receiving that call!!!! 8. The constant threat of being fired, if your kids are heard in the background of a call you can be fired. Pandemic or not! How is a single Parent supposed to deal with that?

Phone calls all day, sore throat and most of the time is back to back calls. Sometimes lunch and breaks are ridiculously long or too short! But mostly really long.
